Shifting uncomfortably, he knows that it's true. He does have doubts about raising and rearing children, but he's not sure if Athos could ever sway him away from wanting them. At least, not completely. Porthos may be wary, but he knows that time will help to solve that. He doesn't reply to Aramis' belief in his natural talents, choosing instead to grin when the story reaches his favourite part, the prince serenading the hidden princess as they dance through the woods.
